Welcome to Boomerang. These terms govern your use of the apps and service. By using them you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Boomerang provides a platform to manage, assign and carry out deliveries for businesses, dispatch/managers and couriers. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

2. Accounts & authorization

• Courier registration requires manager approval before sign-in and deliveries are possible.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• You must provide accurate, current information.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, enter third-party details without authorization, disrupt the system, or attempt to access data not intended for you.

4. Location & couriers

Using the Driver app during a shift involves sharing live location with dispatch, as described in the Privacy Policy. Couriers are responsible for obeying traffic laws and delivering safely.

5. Payments

The "cash/card" selection is for delivery operations only; the app does not process or clear payments. Actual settlement occurs between the parties outside the app.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the apps, design, marks and content belong to Boomerang Delivery, Ashkelon, Israel. Do not copy, modify or distribute without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel, unless stated otherwise.
